Every artwork at Sid Mukherjee Art is original, handcrafted, and unique. We want you to love what you receive, but since each piece is created with passion and effort, our return policy is designed to be fair to both you and the artist.
Please note:
- All artworks are sold on a WYSIWYG basis (What You See Is What You Get). Minor variations in color, texture, or appearance may occur due to screen differences, and will not be considered defects.
- Replacements are not possible, as no two artworks can ever be identical.
- Refunds, if approved, will only be issued in partial amounts to cover material and effort costs already invested by the artist.
Eligibility for Return/Refund:
- Inform us within 7 days of delivery if your artwork arrives damaged in transit or is significantly different from what was shown on the website.
- Share a photo/video of the issue for verification.
- Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions.
- After we receive the artwork back, a partial refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Cases:
- Change of mind or personal dislike of colors, style, or size.
- Custom/commissioned artworks created specifically on request.
- Damage caused after delivery due to mishandling, exposure to sunlight, moisture, or improper framing/storage.
